A 40ft High Cube Non Working Reefer is not a new insulated container, but a former sea freight refrigerated container with high-performance insulation made of rigid PU foam (80—100 mm). The cooling unit is permanently out of service — the insulation shell is completely retained and forms the basis for passive temperature stabilization on an industrial level.

Important for planning: The 40ft HC NWR regulates temperatures passively — it does not actively cool and is no substitute for a functional refrigerated container. It is suitable for applications where temperature peaks are to be damped, frost damage prevented or defined storage windows (e.g. +5 to +25 °C) must be maintained without the use of machines.
The 40-foot High Cube Non-Working Reefer is the most powerful variant in the NWR segment. With an interior height of approx. 2.55 m and a useful volume of up to 67 m³, it is suitable for demanding industrial applications where both volume and working comfort are important inside. The original reefer insulation ensures excellent thermal stability — even at extreme outdoor temperatures.

Ein Isoliercontainer ist ein speziell gedämmter Container, der thermisch gegen Hitze, Kälte und Feuchtigkeit geschützt ist. Er wird häufig als Bürocontainer, Lager mit temperaturempfindlicher Ware, technischer Betriebsraum oder als temporäre Wohnlösung eingesetzt.
